On Tuesday, July 7, the Global South Policy Hub convened a private roundtable with South Africa's Deputy Minister of International Relations and Cooperation, Alvin Botes. The event brought together senior U.S. policymakers, legislators, and thought leaders from across the political spectrum. The focus: where the U.S.-South Africa relation is headed as the world order shifts and the South African government’s priorities and proposal to revive its ties with the United States.
