On Thursday, April 16, the Global South Policy Hub, alongside the African Union Development Agency - New Partnership for Africa's Development (AUDA-NEPAD) and New America's Planetary Politics initiative, will co-convene a high-level policy dialogue on the margins of the 2026 World Bank-IMF Spring Meetings. The event will gather African, Latin American, and Global South policy experts, diplomats, and international partners to discuss pathways for reforming the international financial architecture (IFA). The event will provide a structured platform for dialogue to elevate African and broader Global South perspectives on IFA reform while strengthening South-South policy cooperation in global economic governance.
